Hi, I’m Ki’i.

I started Front Row after leading social media & communities at Google and Disney — from launching social media channels, to global ambassador programs, to niche fan activations. But my community work began long before that: as a teen, I was organizing IRL fan meetups and running fandom accounts before I even knew it could be a career. That early love for connection has shaped everything I do — creating spaces where people feel seen, connected, and excited to show up.

Over the last 5+ years, I’ve helped global brands:

  • Drive growth & retention through social content strategies, including journey mapping, persona-based messaging, and channel-optimized content planning

  • Build peer-to-peer networks to reduce support costs and drive adoption

  • Increase UGC and organic advocacy

  • Collect rich customer feedback and turn it into strategy

  • Craft customer-first messaging and customer resources such as FAQs, how-to guides, newsletters, and feature walkthroughs that educate, engage, and empower customers

  • Design KPIs and measurement frameworks that prove long-term business value
